重庆主城区酒店业空间布局及影响因素研究

Study on Spatial Layout of Lodging Industry Based on Integration ofSpatial Statistical Analysis and GIS: A Case Study in Urban Areas of Chongqing

酒店业的空间布局折射出城市的空间结构,深刻影响城市的功能及经济的发展。基于ArcGIS、CrimeStat、SPSS软件,本文运用点模式分析、空间分析及相关性分析方法,探讨重庆主城区酒店业的空间布局情况。研究发现,酒店业整体呈集聚分布,集聚区内酒店功能导向性布局明显,酒店类型与城市功能吻合,对塑造城市空间结构作用显著,经济、交通、商业、景区及地价因素对酒店布局影响差异显著。总体而言,重庆市主城区酒店布局相对合理,今后布局应结合重庆市城乡规划与旅游规划,减少经济发展成熟区的压力,向嘉州、龙头寺、璧山等新兴商业区发展。

The spatial layout of the hotel industry reflects the spatial structure of the city and profoundly affects the function of the city and the development of the economy.Based on ArcGIS,CrimeStat and SPSS software,this paper uses point pattern analysis,spatial analysis and correlation analysis methods to explore the spatial layout of the hotel industry in Chongqing's main city.The study found that the hotel industry as a whole is clustered and distributed,and the functional orientation of the hotel in the gathering area is obvious.The hotel type is consistent with the urban function,which has a significant effect on shaping the urban spatial structure,the impact of economic,transportation,commercial,scenic and land price factors on hotel layout is significant.Overall,the layout of hotels in the main city of Chongqing is relatively reasonable.The layout should be combined with urban and rural planning and tourism planning in Chongqing to reduce the pressure on mature areas of economic development and develop into new business districts such as Jiazhou,Longtousi and Bishan.
