摘要
目的应用秩和比(RSR)法对重庆市某大型三级甲等医院护理单元分类进行科学评价,为开展护理绩效考核提供科学依据。方法通过文献查阅、专家咨询等方法确定护理单元分类评价指标,对全院78名护士长进行现场问卷调查,通过RSR法对数据进行统计分析。结果 RSR与概率单位之间回归模型成立(F=1 400.90,P<0.000 1),按高、中、低3档将60个护理单元排序归类,其中高档护理单元10个,中档护理单元41个,低档护理单元9个。结论由于各护理单元在医疗角色中承担着不同功能,且不同医院相同科室涉及的护理范围和操作有细微差异,管理者可采用简洁方便的方法对护理单元进行分类,再做进一步绩效考核工作。RSR法用于医院绩效管理护理单元分类,具有一定的应用价值。
Objective To evaluate the classification of nursing units by the rank sum ratio(RSR)method in a large-scale tertiary A-level hospital in Chongqing,and to provide a scientific basis for carrying out nursing performance assessment.Methods The nursing unit classification evaluation index was determined by literature review,expert consultation and other methods,78 head nurses in the hospital conducted an on-site questionnaire survey,the data were statistically analyzed by the RSR method.Results The regression model between RSR and probabilistic units was established(F=1 400.90,P<0.000 1).60 nursing units were classified into superior,medium and inferior three categories,in which 10 nursing units were superior,41 nursing units were medium and 9 nursing units were inferior.Conclusion Because each nursing unit bears different functions in the medical role,and the care scope and operation involved in the same department in different hospitals are subtle differences,managers can use a simple and convenient method to classify the nursing unit and do further performance assessment.RSR method is used in hospital performance management nursing units classification and has certain application value.
