摘要
目的探讨网络化诊后管理在胃食管反流病(GERD)患者诊疗中的应用价值。方法选取2016年10月至2017年4月重庆医科大学附属第一医院消化内科门诊就诊的GERD患者215例作为研究对象,将其随机分为试验组(103例)和对照组(112例)。对照组采用门诊面诊诊后管理,试验组在门诊面诊基础上增加微信随访即网络化诊后管理。记录比较2组回访率、服药依从性。使用GERD问卷量表评估治疗疗效。结果治疗8周后,试验组回访率、服药依从性、治疗总有效率均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用网络化诊后管理GERD患者可增加其回访率,提高患者服药依从性及治疗疗效。
Objective To explore the value of network-based management in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD).Methods Totally 215 GERD patients who visited the department of gastroenterology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from October 2016 to April 2017 were selected as research objects,and they were randomly divided into experimental group(103 cases)and control group(112 cases).The control group adopted the outpatient diagnosis management,and the experimental group added WeChat follow-up(the networked management)on the basis of outpatient diagnosis.The follow-up rate and drug compliance of the two groups were recorded and compared.Efficacy of the two groups were assessed by the GERDQ scale.Results After 8 weeks of treatment,the return visit rate,the medication compliance and the treatment efficiency of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The network-based management can increase the return visit rate of the patients with GERD,which can improve the patients′medication compliance and therapeutic effect.
