The Zhongshan Mode of Hospital Management System for Venous Thromboembolism

目的探索静脉血栓院内防治管理体系的新模式,提高医疗安全与医疗质量。方法梳理分析临床VTE相关事件,与国内兄弟医院进行交流,并借鉴国外知名医学中心VTE的管理经验。结果建立以"化繁为简、求同存异、信息支撑"为核心思想的VTE院内防治管理体系的中山模式。结论中山模式是切合实际的VTE院内防治管理方法,提高了VTE患者的早期诊断率和早期干预率,有效降低了VTE风险。

Objective To explore a new mode of the hospital's prevention and treatment system for venous thromboembolism(VTE),improve medical safety and medical quality.Methods Combing and analyzing clinical VTE related events,communicating with domestic brother hospitals,and drawing lessons from the VTE management experience of foreign well-known medical centers.Results The Zhongshan mode of the VTE hospital prevention and management system with the core idea of"reducing complexity,seeking common ground while reserving differences,and supporting information"was formulated.Conclusion The Zhongshan mode was a practical VTE in-hospital management method,which improved the early diagnosis and early intervention rate of VTE patients and effectively reduced the risk of VTE.
