摘要
近些年,氮化硼纳米片越来越受到人们的重视。与石墨烯相比,氮化硼纳米片具有耐高温、宽带隙以及更好的抗氧化性等优异的性能。这些优异的力学、电学和光学等性质使氮化硼纳米片在某些领域比石墨烯具有更好的应用前景。结合近几年国内外研究现状,综述了机械剥离法、化学气相沉积法和液相插层剥离法等3种制备氮化硼纳米片的方法,并分析了各种方法的优点和不足之处。介绍了氮化硼纳米片的应用研究进展,并对其未来的发展做了展望。
In recent years,boron nitride nanosheets(BNNSs)has attracted more and more attention.Compared with graphene,BNNSs has many peculiar properties,including high temperature stability,broad bandgap,anti-oxidation ability and so on.These excellent features lead to BNNSs having better promising applications than graphene in some fields.Combined with domestic and foreign researches in recent years,three main methods for preparing BNNSs were reviewed,which included mechanical stripping,chemical vapor deposition and liquid phase intercalation-exfoliation.At the same time,the advantages and disadvantages of these methods were discussed.Finally,the research progress of application of BNNSs was introduced and its future development was also prospected.
