摘要
利用等温饱和法研究温度和熔盐组分对Cr_2O_3在NaCl-KCl-NaF熔盐体系中溶解度的影响。并利用热力学计算软件HSC对熔盐体系各组分之间可能发生的化学反应进行计算,结合X射线衍射对熔盐急冷试样做了分析,确定了Cr_2O_3的溶解机理。结果表明:700℃时,Cr_2O_3在该熔盐体系中的溶解饱和时间为5 h左右,继续升高温度至30℃,达到再饱和需要80 min左右;Cr_2O_3在该熔盐体系中的溶解度随温度的升高而增大,随NaF含量的增加而增大,其溶解机理为物理溶解。
The effect of temperature and molten salt composition on the solubility of Cr2O3 in NaCl-KCl-NaF molten salt system was studied by isothermal saturation method.The thermodynamic calculation software HSC was used to calculate the possible chemical reactions between the components of the molten salt system.X-ray diffraction was used to analyze the molten salt quenched samples to determine the dissolution mechanism of Cr2O3.The results showed that the dissolution saturation time of Cr2O3 in the molten salt system was about 5 h at 700℃,and the temperature continued to rise to 30℃,and the saturation needed about 80 min.The solubility of Cr2O3 in the molten salt system increased both with the increase of temperature and NaF content,and its dissolution mechanism was physical dissolution.
