摘要
建立了高效液相色谱(HPLC)测定纺织品中丙烯酰胺、甲基丙烯酰胺和N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺含量的方法。色谱条件:流动相为乙腈-水(1:99,V/V),检测波长为202nm,流速为0.5mL/min。用水提取纺织样品中的丙烯酰胺、甲基丙烯酰胺和N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺,提取液经C_(18)柱分离,外标法定量。结果表明:丙烯酰胺、甲基丙烯酰胺和N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺在0.05~1.00μg/mL范围内均线性良好,相关系数均大于0.999,方法检出低限分别为0.8、0.5、1.5mg/kg,加标回收率在85.81%~107.37%之间,相对标准偏差在0.13%~4.34%之间。
A method was established to determine the content of acrylamide,methacrylamide and N-hydroxymethyl acrylamide in textiles by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The chromatographic conditions are as follows:mobile phase acetonitrile-water(1:99,V/V),detection wavelength 202nm and flow rate 0.5mL/min.Acrylamide,methacrylamide and N-methylolacrylamide in the textile samples were extracted by water.The extract was separated by C18 column and quantified by external standard method.The results showed that acrylamide,methacrylamide and N-hydroxymethyl acrylamide had a good linear relationship in the range of 0.05~1.00μg/mL,and the correlation coefficient was more than 0.999.The detection limits were 0.8,0.5 and 1.5mg/kg respectively.The recovery rates were between 85.81% and 107.37%,and the relative standard deviation was between 0.13% and 4.34%.
