摘要
为获得天门冬种子的最佳发芽条件,以天门冬种子为试验材料,研究不同抑菌处理、温度、光照及发芽床对天门冬种子发芽的影响。结果表明:不同温度处理间种子的发芽率差异显著,最佳发芽温度为20℃或25℃;光照对种子的萌发无显著影响,但适当的光照更有利于种子萌发;种子不用抑菌剂消毒,用高压灭菌后的无菌水处理效果最好;发芽纸是种子萌发的最佳发芽床。
Seeds of Asparagus cochinchinensis were treated under different conditions to analyze the effects of different antibacterial treatments,different temperatures,different levels of light and different germination beds on seed germination.The results showed that the seeds treated at different temperatures were significantly different in germination rate,optimum at the temperature of 20℃or 25℃.The light had no effect on the seed germination,but adequate light was more conducive to seed germination.The seeds were not disinfected by fungicides and had the best treatment when treated with sterilized(autoclaved)water.The most suitable germination bed was filter paper.
