基于SSR标记的我国咖啡种质资源遗传多样性分析及指纹图谱构建 被引量:3

摘要 为分析我国咖啡种质遗传背景,提高咖啡资源保护与利用效率,利用31个SSR分子标记对我国主要的92份咖啡种质进行遗传多样性检测。结果表明, 92份咖啡种质遗传相似系数变幅为0.666~0.997,平均为0.85,其中小粒种咖啡种内平均遗传相似系数为0.923。在遗传多样性分析基础上,利用5个SSR标记构建了25个中粒种咖啡品系的DNA指纹图谱。研究表明,我国咖啡种质资源遗传基础非常狭窄,利用现有咖啡资源开展品种选育潜力有限,应加强对野生特异种质的引种与发掘利用。 In order to analyze the genetic basis of coffee germplasm in China and consequently improve the efficiency of the protection and utilization of the coffee germplasm resources,the genetic diversity of92 accessions of major coffee germplasm in China was detected by using 31 SSR molecular markers.The results showed that the genetic similarity coefficient of the 92 accessions of coffee germplasm varied from0.666 to 0.997,with an average of 0.85.The average genetic similarity coefficient of Arabica coffee was0.923.Based on the genetic diversity analysis,DNA fingerprinting of 25 Robusta coffee clones was conducted using by using 5 SSR markers.The results showed that genetic diversity basis of coffee germplasm resources in China was very low,limiting the potential of variety development by using the existing coffee germplasm resources.The introduction and exploration of specific wild coffee germplasm should be highly emphasized.
