5%百里香酚热雾剂对烟粉虱的杀虫活性

Insecticidal Activity of Thymol 5% Hot Fogging Concentrate Against Bemisia tabaci

为明确5%百里香酚热雾剂(HN)对烟粉虱的杀虫活性,开展了室内毒力和田间药效试验。结果显示, 5%百里香酚HN与10%百里香酚微乳剂(ME)对烟粉虱毒力差异不显著(p<0.05), 48 h的LC50值分别为0.118和0.168 mg/L。田间药效表明, 5%百里香酚HN施药量为5、 7.5和15 g/667m^2时,对烟粉虱防效菌均达76%以上;药后3 d,与相同施药量的10%百里香酚ME相比,防效高了14%以上;药后7 d,施药量7.5 g/667m^2的5%百里香酚HN与5 g/667m^2的1.8%阿维·高氯HN的防效相当。因此, 5%百里香酚HN对烟粉虱具有良好的防效,可作为设施蔬菜防治烟粉虱的供试药剂。

The control effects of Thymol 5%hot fogging concentrate(HN)on Bemisia tabaci of Hainan Province were evaluated in the laboratory and field.The results showed that there was no significant difference in toxicity of Thymol against B.tabacibetween the HN and microemulsion(ME)formulations(p<0.05),with the LC50 of these two formulations being 0.118 mg/L and 0.168 mg/L,respectively,after 48 h of treatment.The field trial showed that the Thymol 5%HN controlled more than 76%of B.tabaciat the doses of 5,7.5 or 15 g/667m^2.Three days after treatmentthe Thymol 5%HN increased its control effect by more than 14%against B.tabaciwhen compared with the Thymol 10%ME at the same dose.Seven days after the treatment,the Thymol 5%HN at 7.5 g/667m^2 hada similar control effect against B.tabaci to the control insecticide Avermectin·cypermethrin 1.8%HN at 5 g/667m^2.Therefore,Thymol 5%HN has a better control effect against B.tabaci,and could be used as an insecticide for control of B.tabaciinfesting vegetables cultivated in the green house.
