摘要
八钢欧冶炉开炉初期铁水硅高,铁水硅含量平均5.1%。高硅铁水在转炉无法进行常规的单渣、双渣冶炼。八钢炼钢厂120t转炉为了消化高硅铁水,通过探索实践,采用了"双联脱硅"工艺,将脱硅与脱碳、脱磷分步进行,由两座转炉联合完成冶炼,成功解决了欧冶炉高硅铁水带来的喷溅问题。"双联脱硅"工艺日处理能力为5000~6000t。文章介绍了双联脱硅工艺的试验探索、工艺流程及转炉冶炼的制度。分析了"双联脱硅"工艺处理高硅铁水的生产成本。
The silicon content in molten iron is high at the beginning of the start-up of the OY Furnace of Bayi Steel,the average silicon content in hot metal is 5.1%.The conventional single slag and double slag smelting of high silicon hot metal can not be carried out in converter.The high silicon hot metal must deal by 120t converter of Bayi Steel,so the process of"duplex desilication"was development.The process of desilication,decarbonization and dephosphorization were carried out step by step,and the smelting was completed by two converters.The splashing problem by high silicon hot metal form OY furnace was successfully solved.The daily treatment capacity of"duplex desilication"process is 5000~6000t.This paper introduces the experimental exploration,technological process design and smelting system of"duplex desilication"process.Its production cost of treating high silicon hot metal is analyzed.
