摘要
为解决油田生产系统高温洗井需求问题,需研究出一种方便快捷、安全可靠的现场升温新技术,电磁微波加热技术清洁环保、高效稳定,具有较高的实用意义。通过对高频感应加热电源常用的谐振电路(即串联、并联谐振电路)的分析表明,可采用复合谐振式全桥逆变电路作为微波加热的主控电路。以24 kHz/300 kW感应加热电源为研究对象,利用水为媒介将热能存储起来或者应用于供热,提出了封闭式、嵌入式储热设备循环系统工程使用方案,初步确定了电磁微波加热系统的组成及高频逆变器的结构。
In order to solve the problem of high temperature well flushing in oilfield production systems,it is urgent to develop a convenient,fast,safe and reliable field temperature rising technology.Electromagnetic microwave heating technology is clean,environmentally friendly,efficient and stable and has a high practical significance.By analyzing the common syntonic circuit of high frequency induction heating power supply,namely series syntonic circuit and parallel syntonic circuit,the compound syntonic full bridge inverter circuit can be used as the main control circuit.Taking the induction heating power supply with 24 kHz and 300 kW as the research object and using water as the medium to store heat energy or to supply heat,the project application scheme of closed and embedded heat storage equipment circulation system is put forward,and the components of electromagnetic microwave heating system and the structure of high frequency inverter are preliminarily determined.
