摘要
在石油工业中,体积管可用于流量计的在线实流检定。目前检定体积管的方法主要有容积法和标准表法(标准流量计法)两种。用标准表法对体积管进行检定能够节约大量的人力与物力,而且在检定过程中置换器的运行速度要大于容积法,能够降低动态效应引起的误差,更加贴近体积管实际运行条件。为了验证这种方法的检定结果能否达到计量准确度要求,通过实际测量数据对这种方法的测量不确定度进行了分析与评估。测量不确定度的评估结果优于0.07%,满足计量准确度的要求,因此,在具备相关流程的计量站库中可以采用该方法对体积管进行检定及期间核查。
In the oil industry,the volume pipe can be used for the online real liquid calibration of the flow meter.At present,there are two main methods of calibrating the volume pipe,namely the volume method and the standard table method(standard flow meter method).Using the standard table method in the volume pipe calibration process can save numerous manpower and material resources,and the operation speed of the displacer in the calibration process is higher than that of the volume method,and the influence of its dynamic effect on the volume of volume pipes is better than that of the volume method and more closed to the actual operating conditions of the volume pipe.Through actual data,the measurement accuracy of this method is analyzed and estimated.The result of uncertainty estimating is below 0.07%,meeting the requirement of metering accuracy.Therefore,this method can be used to calibrate and check the volume pipe regularly in the metering stations with relevant processes.
