The function of University Academic Committee is to form an effective joint decision-making process and to truly highlight the public rationality in university's internal management and decision-making.University Academic Committees have their own specific problem areas,with an emphasis on mixed-university affairs that require joint governance.University Academic Committees must develop their own action strategies and decision-making principles in an interactive system,in order to promote common decision-making and power-sharing so as to gradually achieve good governance.University Academic Committees should not only take positive actions but also be cautious,and should uphold the ideals of independence,mutual trust,self-discipline,and dignity.
