摘要
唐五代时期政府虽然通过逐步完善俸禄制度来保障官员收入稳定,以使其免于贫寒之境,但由于种种原因,一些官员仍处境窘迫。因此,政府也往往通过调整俸禄制度、赏赐钱物、允许官员改官等措施,以恤养贫困官员。岭南等边远地方官对流贬官员的救恤是政府恤养官员举措的重要补充。
Although the government of the Tang and Five Dynasties gradually improved the system of salaries to ensure the stability of officials’income in order to free them from poverty,some officials were still poverty-stricken for various reasons.The government often adopted measures such as adjusting the system of salaries,rewarding money and property,and allowing officials to change official positions,so that those poor officials could gain more income.The relief policy,adopted by officials from Lingnan and other remote areas,to exiled officials,was an important supplement to the measures taken by the government to support officials.
