农业高校开展新型职业农民培训的现状分析——以吉林省为例

Current Assessment of New Professional Farmers Training by Agricultural Colleges: Taking Jilin Province as an Example

现阶段农业高校参与新型职业农民培训的主要做法包括承担培训示范基地、选派科技特派员、开展暑期下乡活动以及建立农村科技示范基地。在培训过程中存在与地方政府缺乏有效合作、农民整体素质偏低及缺乏有效的管理机制等障碍,应从政府和农业高校两方面设计相应对策。

The main ways of new professional farmers training by agricultural colleges include serving as training and demonstration base,appointing science and technology commissioners,serving rural areas in summer vocations and establishing rural science and technology demonstration base.In the process of new professional farmers training,there are some obstacles such as the lack of effective cooperation with local government,low overall quality of farmers and the lack of effective training management mechanism.Measures should be taken from the government and agricultural colleges aspects.
