本文简要介绍了我们基于化学基础课程在医药学本科生中开展创新能力培养实践的思路和主要做法,分别在创新平台建设、创新实践能力医药学特色培养和导师队伍建设、创新实践活动的开展、实验室管理等方面进行的积极探索,积累了一定的经验和体会,为开展医药学本科生创新能力培养工作提供借鉴。

Here is an introduction what we have done in cultivating medical and pharmacy college students'innovation ability based on chemistry subject as below:construction of innovation platform,cultivation of medical and pharmaceutical innovation ability,construction of instructors'team,and administration of the labs.Our practice provides important references to innovation spirit cultivation for college students.
