摘要
本文基于研究生课程"高级财务管理"课程教学改革实践,提出研究生"研究性"课堂教学改革的思路、总结"4+3"研究性课堂教学模式改革内容和实施过程。研究生课堂教学应转变教学思想与观念,探索研究性教学方法;根据课程目标设计,革新前沿性教学内容;适应研究生学习规律,探索"4+3"研究性课堂教学模式。"研究性"课堂教学实施过程中强调五个环节:课前大量文献阅读、课堂中精讲与研讨、课后论文写作练习、多维评价考核、课程内容动态调整。
Based on the teaching reform of the postgraduate course"Senior Financial Management",this paper puts forward the thinking of the postgraduate students'"research-based"classroom teaching reform,and summarizes the reform content and implementation process of the"4+3"research-based class teaching mode.The classroom teaching of postgraduate students should change the ideas of teaching and explore the methods of research-based teaching.According to the design of the course goal,we should innovate the frontier teaching content,adapt the rules of postgraduate study and explore the"4+3"research-based classroom teaching mode.In the course of the implementation of"research-based"classroom teaching,five links are emphasized:a large amount of literature reading before class,fine lecture and discussion in class,writing exercises after class,multidimensional evaluation assessment,and dynamic adjustment of curriculum content.
