“双性气质”视域下高职院校校园文化建设路径分析——以河北女子职业技术学院为例

Analysis on the Path of Campus Culture Construction in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of "Androgyny" : Taking Hebei Women's Vocational College as an Example

一方面随着高职院校中女大学生比例的持续走高,高职女大学生面临的就业压力也越来越大,另一方面传统性别角色形成的刻板印象又制约着女大学生的发展。本文致力于研究高职类女大学生"双性气质"性别角色形成的校园文化因素,旨在通过校园文化环境的改善,帮助更多高职类女大学生打破性别刻板印象造成的束缚,从观念上形成更有优势的"双性气质"。

On the one hand,with the continuous increase of the proportion of female college students in higher vocational colleges,the employment pressure faced by female college students in higher vocational colleges is also increasing.On the other hand,the stereotypes formed by traditional gender roles restrict the development of female college students.This paper is devoted to the study of the campus culture factors of the gender roles of female students in higher vocational colleges.It aims to help more female higher vocational college students to break the bondage caused by gender stereotypes through the improvement of campus culture environment,and form a more advantageous"androgyny".
