随着经济社会的不断发展,人力资源管理的问题受到人们越来越多的重视。无论什么行业,加强人力资源的管理已成为发展中的重要战略资源,并在其长远发展中起到重要作用。论文就人力资源管理中的问题及创新策略进行探讨。
With the continuous development of economy and society,people pay more and more attention to human resource management.In any industry,strengthening the management of human resources has become an important strategic resource in development and plays an important role in its long-term development.This paper discusses the problems and innovative strategies in human resource management.
