摘要
随着社会经济的快速发展,我国企业建设规模不断扩大。在知识经济时代,人力资源逐渐发展成为企业发展中的无形资产,企业越来越重视人力资源管理工作。现阶段,我国医疗水平在不断提升,医疗机构之间的竞争日益激烈,医院要想在激烈的市场竞争中凸显出来,应该不断提升自身的竞争实力,加强对人力资源的管理,这就使激励措施在医院人力资源管理中得到了广泛应用。
With the rapid development of social economy,the scale of enterprise construction in China is constantly expanding.In the era of knowledge economy,human resources have gradually developed into intangible assets in the development of enterprises.Enterprises have paid more and more attention to human resources management work.At this stage,the level of medical care in China is constantly improving,and the competition between medical institutions is becoming increasingly fierce.In order to stand out in the fierce market competition,hospitals should constantly improve their competitive strength and strengthen the management of human resources,which makes incentive measures widely used in hospital human resources management.
