兰考县作为首个国家级普惠金融改革试验区成立以来,国库部门承担着普惠金融工作中提供国家财政资金基础性金融服务的职责,论文以人民银行开封市中心支行国库部门支持兰考县普惠金融改革试验区建设实践为切入点,展示国库以优质、高效的金融服务能力,促进县域经济发展,实现改善民生、助力脱贫等目标。

Since Lankao County has been established as the first national inclusive financial reform experimental area,the national treasury department has assumed the responsibility of providing the basic financial services of the state finance fund in the inclusive finance work.Taking the practice of the national treasury department of Kaifeng Central Sub-Branch of the People's Bank of China supporting the construction Lankao County inclusive finance reform experimental area as the starting point,it demonstrates that the national treasury promotes the development of county economy,improves people's livelihood and helps poverty alleviation by providing high-quality and efficient financial services.
