摘要
科研人员是科技发展的主体,由于科研工作的特殊性,科研人员经常会面临巨大的工作压力。长期处于压力之下的个体,很容易引发身体甚至心理问题。论文阐述了提升科研人员情绪管理能力的意义,分析了科研人员产生负面情绪的原因,提出了科研人员情绪管理能力的提升策略,对当前科研人员的情绪管理能力提升具有参考意义。
Scientific researchers are the main body of scientific and technological development.Due to the particularity of scientific research work,scientific researchers are often faced with enormous work pressure.Individuals under long-term stress are prone to physical and even psychological problems.The paper expounds the significance of improving the emotional management ability of scientific researchers,analyzes the reasons for negative emotions of scientific researchers,and puts forward some strategies for improving the emotional management ability of scientific researchers,which has a reference significance for improving the emotional management ability of scientific researchers.
