摘要
为了研究氧化铈负载量对催化剂性能的影响,采用机械混合法结合浸渍法制备了一系列不同V2O5催化剂。以不同氧化物载体含量,采用不同铈的负载量分别制备催化剂,利用XRD和SEM对催化剂的物理化学性能进行表征,并利用模拟气试验平台对催化剂活性进行评价。结果表明,当氧化铈的负载量增加时复合载体催化剂的最佳反应温度向低温方向移动,高效催化温度区间扩大,低温时脱硝效率上升,当温度升高到一定高度时脱硝效率下降。
in order to study the effect of loading on the performance of catalysts,a series of different V2O5 catalysts were prepared by sol-gel method and impregnation method.The catalysts were prepared by different amounts of oxide carriers and different amounts of vanadium and cerium.The physicochemical properties of the catalysts were characterized by X ray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The activity of the catalyst was evaluated on the platform.The results show that the optimum reaction temperature of the composite carrier catalyst moves to low temperature with the increase of cerium oxide loading,the range of high efficiency catalytic temperature enlarges,the denitrification efficiency increases at low temperature,and decreases when the temperature rises to a certain height.
