两相流CFD组合导向浮阀塔板研究进展

摘要 对于新型的组合导向浮阀塔板的研究,依照过去的研究模式和设计方式需花费大量的成本,而且规模化、产业化周期比较长,对工业生产有较大的影响。为了很好地解决上述问题,通过大量现场数据结合过去的文献理论与国外先进的理论成果,综合分析利用两相流CFD方法可进一步深入研究新型塔板。这种方法节约成本,易于计算,所得结论对现场实际有一定的指导作用。 For the research of the new type of combined-guided floating valve tower,according to the past research model and design method had a large cost,and the scale and industrialization cycle were relatively long.,which has a greater impact on industrial production.In order to solve the above problems well,through a large amount of field data combined with the past literature theory and advanced theoretical results abroad,the comprehensive analysis can use the two-phase flow CFD method to further study the new type of Tower plate.This method saves costs and is easy to calculate.The conclusions obtained have a certain guiding effect on the field.
