摘要
三瓣波轴承通过滚道轮廓的高点和低点位置来增加非承载区滚动体的预紧力,外圈三瓣波形能够使圆柱滚子轴承在高速、轻载的发动机工况下起到防止滚动体与滚道打滑的作用。通过试验分析三瓣波波形凸出量对滚动体防打滑能力的影响。
Three-lobe wave bearings increase the pre-tightening force of the rolling element in the non-bearing area through the position of the high and low points of the raceway outline.The Three-lobe waveform of the outer ring can make the cylindrical roller bearings play the role of preventing the sliding of the rolling element and the raceway under the high-speed and light-load engine conditions.The influence of three-lobe waveform protrusion on the anti-skidding ability of rolling element is analyzed by experiment.
