摘要
某型发动机主轴轴承试验后钢球表面出现剥落现象,通过痕迹分析、扫描分析、能谱分析、剥落断口分析等,最终发现钢球剥落原因是由于原材料冶炼加工过程中的杂质P元素造成的材料缺陷没有被完全切除。在交变载荷作用下,该缺陷最终形成钢球表面细小裂纹及疲劳扩展,导致材料剥落。在以后的轴承生产中,应将材料缺陷切除干净,避免类似事故的发生。
After the test of a certain engine spindle bearing,the steel ball surface appears spalling phenomenon.Through trace analysis,scanning analysis,energy spectrum analysis,spalling fracture analysis and so on,it is found that the reason of steel ball spalling is that the material defect caused by impurity P element in the process of raw material smelting and processing has not been completely removed.Under the action of alternating loads,the defects eventually form small cracks on the surface of steel balls and fatigue propagation,leading to material spalling.In future bearing production,material defects should be removed to avoid similar accidents.
