摘要
文章通过动态特性两个方面研究车架的性能,结果表明,在动态分析中,对车架进行模态分析,获得了车架的前十阶固有频率和车架的具体振型,并通过频率响应分析,计算出车架容易被发动机激励引发共振的模态阶数。最后,通过移动发动机的安装位置,对驾驶室垂直方向的振动幅值进行优化,振幅降低了4%。
The performance of the frame was studied by the aspect of dynamic characteristics,and the results showed that in the dynamic analysis,the modal analysis of the frame was carried out,and the first ten natural frequencies of the frame and the concrete vibration of the frame were obtained.The modal order of the frame was calculated by the frequency response analysis,which was easily excited by engine.Finally,through the installation position of engine,the vertical vibration of the cab was optimized,and the amplitude was reduced by 4%.
