新形势下地方应用型本科高校大学生就业能力提升策略研究

Strategies for Improving Employability of Local Application-oriented Undergraduate Students in the New Situation

在新形势下,许多传统的高校已经或者正在转型成为应用型本科高校,而对于本就处于重点高校和职业学校中间的普通高校学生,将会面对社会更大的就业压力。为了提高地方应用型本科高校大学生的就业能力,文章从学校和学生两大方面分别提出策略和建议,希望可以对社会就业问题有所帮助。

Under the new situation,many traditional colleges and universities have already or are transforming into applied undergraduate colleges and universities,but for the ordinary college students who are in the middle of key universities and vocational schools,they will face greater employment pressure from the society.In order to improve the employment ability of local applied undergraduate students,this article put forward strategies and suggestions from two aspects of schools and students,hoping to be helpful to the social employment problem.
