摘要
IPTV业务作为典型的新媒体业务,是广电新媒体重点发展业务,近年来其发展势头迅猛。随着IPTV业务快速发展,用户数据、运营数据、内容数据、销售数据等越来越重要,对这些业务数据的综合运营管理,将对IPTV整体业务的运营发挥极其重要的支撑作用。给出通过大数据系统设计,以实现对多源异构的海量业务数据汇聚、整合、分析,挖掘,及时掌握更全面、准确的IPTV业务运营情况,以及更精细化的用户的消费喜好、消费层次、成员构成、年龄范围等行为特征,提高运营服务层次和运营能力、优化和创新现有商业模式、提高运营效率和服务质量的重要战略举措。
As a typical new media service,IPTV service is a key development service of broadcasting and television new media.With the rapid development of IPTV services in recent years,user data,operational data,content data,and sales data have become more and more important.The comprehensive operation and management of these service data will play an extremely important supporting role for the overall operation of IPTV.This paper gives important strategic measures of improving operational service levels and operational capabilities,optimizing and innovating existing business models,and improving operational efficiency and service quality through big data system design to achieve multi-source heterogeneous massive service data aggregation,integration,analysis,mining,timely grasp of more comprehensive and accurate IPTV service operations,and more refined user spending preferences,such as consumption levels,membership composition,age range and other behavioral characteristics.
