Use of Rubber-covered Roll and Apron in Condensed Spinning

探讨集聚纺纱对胶辊胶圈的要求。分析了胶辊胶圈的基本特性。结合生产实际,介绍了胶辊胶圈的选用和使用原则,以及胶辊胶圈的选用、胶辊制作、磨砺、表面处理、更换周期等方面的精细管理。认为:应根据集聚纺特性,分析其对胶辊胶圈特殊的质量要求;选用和使用好胶辊胶圈对提升纺纱质量具有重要的作用。

Requirements of rubber-covered roll and apron in condensed spinning were discussed.Basic characteristics of rubber-covered roll and apron were analyzed.Combined with actual production,selection and use principle of rubber-covered roll and apron,as well as fine management of rubber-covered roll and apron production,wear resistance,surface treatment and replacement cycle were discussed.It is considered that special quality requirements for rubber-covered roll and apron should be analyzed according to characteristics of condensed spinning.Better selection and use of rubber-covered roll and apron were important to improving spinning quality.
