摘要
采取脱酚萘油贮槽溢流取代贮槽静置的方式,可减少原料脱酚萘油中夹带的酚盐,提高工业萘生产装置的稳定性。通过优化工业萘装置的生产工艺操作参数,可降低工业萘装置的生产能耗,焦炉煤气单耗降至87. 26 m3/t,每年可节约能源成本约64万元。
Overflowing of dephenolized naphthalene oil tank is introduced in production replacing the tank standing method,which can reduce the phenolate content in feedstock of dephenolized naphthalene oil and improve the stability of technical naphthalene plant.The optimization of operating parameters for the technical naphthalene plant can also minimize energy consumption,finding a reduction down to 87.26m^3/t in COG consumption and saving energy cost by about 0.64 million yuan per year.
