婴儿辐射保暖台床面温度场仿真研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的通过数值模拟(numerical simulation)得到床面温度场结果,并与实验比较,探讨有限元方法(finite element methods,FEM)应用于保暖台温度场分析的可行性,从而为使用数值模拟方法辅助该类产品结构的优化设计提供参考价值。方法首先使用三维软件SOLIDWORKS建立当前D公司某型号辐射保暖台的相关模型,然后导入ANSYS中,对保暖台在20℃环境以及全功率工作状态下的床面温度场进行有限元仿真,获得了温度数值及均匀性的仿真结果。与此同时,采用多通道温度记录仪和红外热像仪对床面的主要测试点及整体温度场进行记录,最后对仿真实试验数据进行误差分析。结果使用合理的计算方法得到仿真与实验测试点的误差率均在10%以内,且温度场的分布趋势也基本一致,验证了该有限元仿真方法有效。结论该有限元仿真方法所得数值比较准确,能够提前预测辐射温度场,辅助保暖台类产品结构的优化设计。 Objective To discuss the feasibility of finite element methods(FEM)in thermal analysis of radiant warmer,and to provide reference value for using numerical simulation to assist in optimization and design of products,the simulation of temperature distribution on mattress is compared with experiment.Methods Using three-dimension software SOLIDWORKS a radiation warmer heating device model of D company was built,which was then imported into ANSYS to simulate the mattress distribution under the conditions of 20℃and full power operation.Thetemperature values and uniformity of main test points were obtained in simulation.Meanwhile,muti-channel temperature recorder and infrared camera were used for experiment to record the values of test points and temperature field.The deviation of simulation and experiment was analyzed at last.Results Error rates of test points in simulation and experimentwere all within 10%and the distribution of temperature field was consistent,which proved that FEM analysis was valid.Conclusions FEM obtains accurate numerical values,which can be used to predict the temperature distribution and assist the optimal design of radiant warmer products.
