The marriage process of vehicle assembly has a great influence on productivity,flexibility,layout and assembly quality.Through the project practice and benchm arking research,the key technologies such as the design scheme of the main marriage assembly and the selection of tightening equipm ent,as well as the advantages and disadvantages of various schemes,are summarized,which provides a reference for planning a lean and efficient marriage assembly line of battery electric vehicle and better realizes the advantages of scale economy of electric vehicles.
