摘要
为了解决在整车装配过程中存在的组合仪表罩与组合仪表匹配间隙偏差的问题,该文从整车尺寸工程角度出发,综合考虑偏差结果影响因素,运用尺寸虚拟验证进行累积公差分析,并根据分析结果,提出了2种优化方案。通过打断组合仪表罩装配过程中由于基准转换导致的公差链环累积,优化组合仪表外罩定位方式,缩短影响结果尺寸链环,从而在根本上解决了组合仪表罩与组合仪表的间隙匹配问题,确保了仪表罩与组合仪表的实车匹配效果满足产品设计要求。
To solve the problem of the gap deviation between the instrum ent cluster cover and the instrument cluster in the whole vehicle assembly process,this paper comprehensively considers the influencing factors of the deviation from the perspective of the whole vehicle dimensional engineering,uses virtual verification of dimensions to carry out the cumulative tolerance analysis,and puts forward two optimization schemes according to the analysis results.By breaking the tolerance accumulation caused by the datum transformation in assembling process,optimizing the positioning mode of the instrum ent cluster cover,and cutting down the dimension chain,the gap matching problem is fundam entally solved and the matching effect is ensured to meet the design requirements.
