关于公共图书馆少儿服务的法律规范研究

Research on Legal Norms of Children's Service in Public Libraries

通过分析研究全国各省公共图书馆地方性法规以及国外公共图书馆立法中关于少儿服务的法律规范,论述了要实现公共图书馆少儿服务规范的法律化,可以在现有法律法规基础上,借鉴国外已经制定的公共图书馆面向少儿服务的法律、标准或指南,并结合我国公共图书馆少儿服务的实际情况,制定一套与《中华人民共和国公共图书馆法》相结合的配套性文件。

Based on the analysis of the local laws and regulations of public libraries in all provinces of China and the legal norms in foreign public library about children’s service,this paper discusses the realization of the legalization of children’s service in public libraries.Based on the existing laws and regulations,this paper draws lessons from the laws,standards and guidelines of children’s service in public libraries that have been formulated abroad.Combining the actual conditions of children’s services in public libraries in our country,it constructs a set of supporting documents which are combined with the public Library Law of people’s Republic of China.
