Innovation and Transformation is an Approach that must Be Taken to the Geological Prospecting Units' Development

转型升级已经成为新时代地勘单位发展的必由之路。文章从地质工作的历史发展、产业性质及当前的工作方向等几个方面论证了地勘单位转型发展应着眼于服务这一发展定位,同时分析了新时代地勘单位面临的挑战和机遇,在此基础上明确提出新形势下地勘单位要从转变发展观念、构建服务型地质工作体系、以创新驱动发展、凝聚合力共促发展等方面着手,实现创新转型与可持续发展。

This paper argues that geological prospecting units should focus on the service,which is the development orientation,from the aspects of historical development,industrial nature,and work direction with regard to geological work.At the same time,it also analyses the challenges and opportunities that geological prospecting units face in the new era.On this basis,this paper has clearly stated that the geological prospecting units should start from a range of changing the view of development,building service-oriented geological work system,boosting the development through innovation,and working together to promote development with a view to achieving innovation transformation and sustainable development.
