摘要
该型电动机构与机械活门配套使用,用于飞机环控系统温度调节子系统,控制环控热路热空气的流量,保证在一定飞行高度下水分离器不结冰及调节进入座舱的空气温度。该型电动机构由电信号控制机械活门的开启程度,故障率较高。本文将从该型电动机构的主要结构、基本工作原理和各类故障形式等方面进行分析和改进。
This type of electric mechanism is used in combination with mechanical valve,which is used for the temperature control subsystem of aircraft environment control system,controlling the flow of hot air in the circular control circuit,ensuring that the water machine does not freeze at a certain altitude and adjusting the air temperature entering the cockpit.This type of electric mechanism controls the opening degree of mechanical valve by the electric signal,the fault rate is higher.This paper analyze and improve the main structure,basic working principle and various failure modes of the electric mechanism.
