摘要 为解决现有铸造实习课堂存在学生积极性低、模具陈旧且无新颖性等问题,提出一种结合3D打印铸造实习改革方案。通过学生自主设计模型并打印成型,最终完成造型及铸件浇注。在实习过程中学生起主导作用,且通过分组的方式进行教学,提高团队合作能力。经实践证明,该方案学生在课堂中更加积极,学习内容更加丰富,在实习过程中取得了很好的效果。 In order to solve the problems of low enthusiasm,old mold and no novelty in the existing casting practice class,a reform plan combining 3D printing casting practice was proposed.Through the student's own design of the model and printing,the final modeling and casting casting.During the internship process,students play a leading role and teach in groups to improve teamwork.It has been proved by practice that the students in the program are more active in the classroom,the learning content is more abundant,and they have achieved good results in the internship process.
