Research on Practical Training Mode of Deep Integration of University and Enterprise for Information Engineering Majors in Application-oriented Undergraduate Colleges

我国高校信息工程类专业应用型人才培养存在着培养理念与机制滞后,实践环节难落实,与企业融合存在欠缺等问题。校企深度融合信息工程类人才培养,具有应用性和实践性的特点。通过对企业优势资源的整合来激发企业的内在动力,从而构建平等、互利、共赢的校企合作机制,并建立扁平式和开放式的教学运行与管理体制,探索基于校企深度融合的应用型本科院校信息工程类人才培养模式,促进信息工程类专业的可持续发展。

There are some problems in the cultivation of application-oriented talents of information engineering majors in colleges and universities in China,such as the lag of cultivation concept and mechanism,the difficulty in the implementation of practical links,and the lack of integration with enterprises.It has the characteristics of applicability and practicality to deeply integrate the training of information engineering talents.Through to the advantage of the integration of resources to stimulate enterprise's intrinsic motivation,so as to build equality,mutual benefit and win-win cooperation mechanism between colleges,and to establish a flat and open operation and management system of teaching,explore the applied undergraduate colleges and universities information based on the profound integration of engineering personnel training mode,promote the sustainable development of the information engineering specialty.
