摘要
高校教师是一个高知识群体,高校教师的工作是培养人才的工作,高校教师的教学能力体现了教师的个人智力和智慧。本文重点分析了辽宁省高校教师教学能力的培养体系的现状以及存在的问题,并提出有针对性的建议。
Teachers in Colleges and universities belong to prominent intellectuals,and training talents is of the utmost importance for them.Teachers'teaching ability reflects their personal intelligence and wisdom.This paper tries to analyze the young teachers’training system and existing problems in terms of teaching ability especially in colleges of Liaoning Province,and meanwhile puts forward a series of suggestions.
