我国国内护理人员职业防护认知现状的研究进展

Research progress on the status quo of occupational protection cognition of domestic nursing staff

本文对我国国内护理人员职业防护认知的相关研究以及相关文献进行了综合分析,通过分析,以便了解目前我国国内护理人员职业防护认知的现状以及护理人员在临床护理工作中执行职业防护这一环节中存在的问题,并针对存在的问题进行分析和探讨,最后提出合理化的建议或者解决办法,以期本研究结果可以提高护理人员的职业防护认知和防护意识、提高对职业危险因素的认识水平,进而提高职业防护依从性,减少职业暴露的发生,更好地维护护理人员的身心健康。同时为今后开展针对护理人员进行的职业防护认知的相关研究以及职业安全防护教育和培训等相关内容提供部分参考。

This paper analyzes the related research on occupational protection cognition of domestic nursing staff and related literatures,and analyzes it to understand the current situation of occupational protection cognition of domestic nursing staff and the implementation of occupational protection in nursing staff.The problems in this link,and analyze and discuss the existing problems,and finally put forward reasonable suggestions or solutions,in order to improve the occupational protection cognition and protection awareness of nursing staff and improve the occupational risk factors.Recognize the level,and then improve the occupational protection compliance,reduce the occurrence of occupational exposure,and better maintain the physical and mental health of nursing staff.At the same time,it provides some reference for relevant research on occupational protection cognition for nursing staff and occupational safety protection education and training.
