建立了LC-FLD方法测定奶粉中维生素B1的分析方法。采用Inert sustain C18 (4. 6×250mm, 5μm)色谱柱,流动相以浓度为0. 05mol/L乙酸钠溶液与甲醇比为65:35,流速为1. 0mL/min,进样量为20uL。本方法标准物质峰和样品峰峰型对称无拖尾现象,校准曲线线性0. 9999931,精密度试验RSD为0. 65%,回收率都在90%以上,本方法灵敏度、准确度、精密度良好,适用于奶粉中维生素B1的测定。

A method LC-FLD for the determination of vitamin B1 in milk powder was developed.In the method,the chromatographic column is column of Inert sustain C18(4.6×250mm,5μm).the mobile phase is 0.05mol/L sodium acetate water solution:methanol(65:35),the flow is 1.0mL/min,and the injection volume is 20μL.In the method,the Chromatographic peak of standard material and the chromatographic peak of the sample is all symmetric and no trailing.The linear relation of calibration curve is 0.9999931,the experiment of precision RSD is 0.65%,Overall recoveries were up 90%,the sensitivity、degree of accuracy、precision was good..which can be used to detect vitamin B1 in milk powder.
