摘要 煤炭是火力发电厂的重要燃料,煤炭燃烧的热能经过转换,最终变成电能。煤的成因不同,导致煤种不同,不同的煤种要区别对待,以便达到最高的热能利用率。煤质化验是一种专业性较强的工作,对煤质各项指标进行化验,检测区分煤炭的性质、内容和成分,继而为高效利用煤炭资源提供依据和指标。然而,煤质化验这一过程较为复杂,也很容易受到各种各样因素的影响,所以在化验过程中,误差出现的可能性极大,其测验结果的准确与否很难确保。本文对煤质检验中产生误差的方面进行了阐述,意在为提高煤质检验过程中的准确性做出贡献。 Coal is an important fuel in thermal power plants.The thermal energy of coal combustion is transformed into electric energy eventually.The different origins of coal lead to different kinds of coal.Different kinds of coal should be treated differently in order to achieve the highest utilization rate of heat energy.Coal quality test is a professional work.It tests every index of coal quality,detects and distinguishes the nature,content and composition of coal,and then provides basis and index for efficient utilization of coal resources.However,the process of coal quality test is complex and easy to be affected by various factors.Therefore,in the process of coal quality test,the possibility of error is very great,and it is difficult to ensure the accuracy of the test results.This paper expounds the aspects of errors in coal quality inspection,aiming at contributing to improving the accuracy of coal quality inspection process.
