摘要 太阳能电池可以把光能转化成电能。物理学上称其太阳能光伏,又称光伏。多结化合物半导体太阳能电池具有转换效率高,温度特性良好,环境污染较低和成本较低等优势。本文针对三结太阳能电池,研究如何进行测试的操作与理论,设计对电性能指标测试的平台,为测试提供理论支持。主要是解决好测试中的单色器范围过窄、紫外单色光强度不够等关键技术问题。设计测试平台,提出多结太阳能电池关于光谱响应测试需要应用到的电偏置新算法,得到可以操作的单片叠层太阳能电池光谱响应测试系统。 Solar cells convert light energy into electricity.In physics,it is called solar photovoltaic,also known as photovoltaic.Multi-junction compound semiconductor solar cells have the advantages of high conversion efficiency,good temperature characteristics,low environmental pollution and low cost.This paper focuses on the operation and theory of how to conduct tests for three-junction solar cells,and designs a platform for testing electrical performance indicators to provide theoretical support for testing.It is mainly to solve the key technical problems such as the narrow range of the monochromator in the test and the insufficient intensity of the ultraviolet monochromatic light.Designing a test platform and proposing a new algorithm for electrical biasing of multi-junction solar cells for spectral response testing,a single-chip stacked solar cell spectral response test system is available.
