摘要
交互立体化服务是对图书馆传统服务进行升级转型。宁波大学利用以微信为代表的社群工具,用互联网思维来重构图书馆的服务,以适应读者已改变的思维及工作、生活方式。介绍了图书馆服务与微书结合、与微信结合、与智慧图书馆结合的几类创新服务模式的设计与应用。用户体验表明,用互联网思维重构图书馆服务,交互环境立体服务模式贴近读者使用习惯,增强读者体验,可增加用户粘性。
The interactive three-dimensional service is to upgrade the traditional service of the library.Ningbo University uses the community tools represented by WeChat to reconstruct library services with Internet thinking in order to adapt to changes in readers'thinking,work style and life style.This paper introduces the design and application of several innovative service modes combining the combination of library services and micro-books,the combination with WeChat,and the smart library.The user experience shows that using Internet thinking to reconstruct library services,the interactive environment of three-dimensional service model is close to the reader's habits and enhances the reader experience,which can increase user stickiness.
