八杆式长冲程抽油机设计

摘要 本文以普通10型弯游梁抽油机冲程为基础进行设计,以增大抽油机冲程为出发点,通过增加两根杆,增大了钢带的运动距离,从而增大了悬点冲程。经验证,原型抽油机冲程为2. 92m,新型抽油机冲程增加至6. 23m,冲程得到极大的提高。 Based on the stroke of the ordinary 10-type curved beam pumping unit,this paper designs the pumping unit to increase the stroke.By adding two rods,the moving distance of the steel strip is increased,thus the suspension stroke is increased.It has been proved that the stroke of the prototype pumping unit is 2.92 m and that of the new type pumping unit is increased to 6.23 m,which greatly improves the stroke.
