基于培养学员任职能力的专业综合实践课程改革探索与思考

介绍了我校专业综合实践课程在培养学员任职能力方面的作用,着重介绍了我校专业综合实践课程的改革经验:重组课程单元,发挥学员主动性,培养其指挥能力与协作能力。对专业综合实践课程改革进行了思考:提出建立兵棋室、战术室、全面开发学员思维,开拓想象;同时建立维修室,贴近现实,让学员战术意识与实践操作技能同步提高。

The article described the comprehensive practical course of our university in training the student’s Serving ability.The reform experience of curriculum was introduced emphatically.Reorganizing course modules,give full play to students’initiative,and cultivate their command ability and collaboration ability.Established a war chess room and a tactical room.Fully develop students’thinking and imagination.Established a maintenance room.Students’tactical awareness and practical operation ability were improved simultaneously.
