卫生职业院校青年教师师德师风建设的几点思考

Some thoughts on the construction of morality of young teachers in health vocational colleges

教育大计,教师为本;教师大计,师德为先。只有强化师德师风建设,才能打造一流的教师队伍。目前,随着全国卫生职业院校办学规模的不断扩大,教师队伍呈现年轻化趋势,青年教师的师德师风建设对院校的发展显得尤为重要。本文通过分析卫生职业院校青年教师师德师风的现状,发现存在的问题并针对这些问题提出相应的对策,从而加强职业院校的师资培养,推动师德师风建设。

Only by strengthening the construction of teacher ethics and morality can we build a first-class teaching team.At present,with the continuous expansion of the scale of health vocational colleges and universities in China,the number of teachers is getting younger,and the construction of the morality and style of young teachers is particularly important for the development of colleges and universities.This paper analyzes the current situation of the ethics of young teachers in health vocational colleges,finds out the existing problems and puts forward corresponding countermeasures against these problems,so as to strengthen the training of teachers in vocational colleges and promote the construction of the ethics of teachers.
