德育素质教育是教育的首要任务,卫生高职学校以培养为广大人民服务的高素质卫生技术人才为目标,更离不开德育教育的深入开展与落实,德育教育应贯穿在医学生学习行为的各个环节。教师要提高自身德育素质,在医学基础课程实验教学中重视并积极实施德育为先的理念,引导与督促高职医学生良好德育素质的养成。

Character development with high moral value is primary task in school education,as senior health vocational technology school,we aim to develop and foster each student to be professionals with expertise skills as well as high moral value and willing to put all their heart and soul into serving the society.For sure this needs intensive moral studies,personal involvements in line with moral principles in daily activities by all means.The teachers should be aware of the importance of moral education and keep high moral quality on personal behavior,also they need put moral education on top priority,encourage and push students to foster good moral character and proper behavior.
